What if I change my mind about a printed book?

You get a full refund any time before your book enters production. Once it's being printed we can't cancel it, because it's made just for you. If it arrives damaged, we'll reprint it or refund you.

Yes, anytime, from Settings in the app. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and everything on your shelf stays readable on the free plan.

Yes. Every story is written natively in English or Spanish, not machine-translated. You choose the language, and the book reads like it was written in it from the start.
